If for any reason you do not like your project, we’ll rework your frame design. You pay only the difference. If any component ever fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, bring your frame back and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Sometimes accidents happen and glass breaks or frames get scratched – bring it back in and we will fix the damage (you pay for the new materials, we’ll cover the labor).
